Whilst spending many long hours in my happy place my own kitchen, fuelled by curiosity, passion, a deep need, and the belief that anyone can master the art of cooking delicious Indian food that isn't complicated (but with a little 'help,) or expensive, I set out to develop ingots of magic, that will allow you, whether a beginner or a pro, to recreate magic in your own kitchen.
So, I bring to you Monalisa's Kitchen! It is here that I inevitably find myself disappearing to, trying to discover what truly brings me happiness on a plate, and simple yet exciting ways of sharing it with you all.

I made chicken makhani which was absolutely delicious and so easy. It was a hit with my guests who thought I'd spent hours grinding my own spices. I teamed it with the pualo rice blend. My partner is now a rice convert after years of my stodgy attempts. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the outcome is exceptional. Well done Monalisa this will be a regular order x

Only used the Makhani Massala so far, absolutely delicious and SO easy. Looking forward to trying the other ones too. If they are even half as good as the Makhni I will be placing another order very shortly.
You have to try this spice blend! It has such a depth of flavour nothing like spice blends I've tried before.
These are pleasantly hot and spicy, but not at the expense of flavour, which is excellent. Some great, simple instructions on preparing dishes, and a useful addition to the kitchen cupboard!
