PAKORA MASALA

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A perfect blend of spices to make delicious crispy meat, seafood, and vegetarian pakoras.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Shopping List:
500g protein of your choice (chicken, seafood, paneer, or
vegetables like cauliflower florets, sliced mixed peppers, thickly sliced onion, potato wedges, sliced okra, or shredded cabbage.)
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
Juice of ½ lime or lemon

How to cook:

1. Mix 50g of the Pakora Masala, ginger-garlic paste and 2-3 tbsp water to make a smooth paste.
2. Add the protein of your choice and mix thoroughly. Set aside for 15 mins.
3. Shallow fry using 4-5 tbsps. of oil on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
4. Cooking guidelines:

• Chicken: 10 mins on either side
• Seafood and paneer: 3-5 mins
• Vegetables: 7-10 mins

Squeeze half a lime over the cooked dish.

• Store in a cool and dry place.
