CHICKEN TANGDI KEBABS

🍗These juicy kebabs are perfect straight from the oven or cooked over the barbecue. 💕
Ingredients:
6-8 chicken drumsticks, skin off (Tangdi)
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
2 tbsp thick yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ground turmeric powder
1 tsp ground garam masala
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp oil
Lemon wedges for serving
Method
1. Make deep cuts on each drumstick.
2. Mix ginger-garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, coriander and salt in a bowl.
3. Coat the drumsticks with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or grill the drumsticks on a barbecue.
5. Arrange the drumsticks on a greased baking tray or foil-lined tray.
6. Drizzle with oil and cook for 30-35 mins or grill for 15-20 mins, turning occasionally.
Serve hot with lemon wedges. 🍋
