I made chicken makhani which was absolutely delicious and so easy. It was a hit with my guests who thought I'd spent hours grinding my own spices. I teamed it with the pualo rice blend. You have to try this spice blend! It has such a depth of flavour nothing like spice blends I've tried before.
These are pleasantly hot and spicy, but not at the expense of flavour, which is excellent. Some great, simple instructions on preparing dishes, and a useful addition to the kitchen cupboard!
