Chicken Tikka Masala - Britain's Favourite Curry

What is Tikka Masala?
Tikka Masala is Britain's most beloved curry - a creamy, aromatic dish with perfectly balanced spices. Our paste contains over 15 expertly blended spices, so you can create authentic tikka masala at home without any complicated prep.
Ingredients (Serves 4-5)
What You'll Need:
- 1 jar Tikka Masala paste
- 800g protein (chicken, seafood, lamb, paneer, or vegetables)
- 2 tbsp smooth cashew butter
- 2 tbsp double cream
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 250ml hot water
For lamb: Add an extra 100ml water
Method
1. Place a large pan over medium heat and cook the Tikka Masala paste and the cashew butter for 2 mins.
2. Add your choice of protein. Stir well for 5 mins to seal.
3. Pour in 250ml hot water. Combine and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low-medium heat according to the cooking guidelines below:
- Chicken: 20 mins
- Lamb: 40 mins (add an extra 100ml water)
- Seafood: 10 mins
- Vegetables and Paneer: 15 mins
4. Stir halfway through the cooking time.
5. Add the double cream and chopped coriander. Stir gently. Cover and simmer for a further 2 mins.
Tips for Perfect Tikka Masala

✓ Don't skip the cashew butter - it creates that signature creamy texture
✓ Stir halfway through - ensures even cooking and prevents sticking
✓ Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving - flavours deepen beautifully
