QUICK MASALA CHICKEN KEBABS

This recipe proves that restaurant-quality kebabs can be simple, quick and incredibly delicious.

Mix together:

  • 3-4 tbsps. of your favourite masala
  • 3 tbsps thick natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsps double cream
  • 500g skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut in large even chunks

Pop it in a hot preheated oven 200°C (fan) or 220°C (conventional)

for 25 minutes, and you're done!
