Inspired by the iconic flavours of “The Biryani ”, this all-in-one Biryani Kit brings the magic of Hyderabadi cuisine straight to your kitchen.
Complete with fragrant basmati rice, an authentic biryani paste, whole spices, and raita seasoning to finish, it’s everything you need to layer up a show stopping biryani at home.

3. Whole Spices (5g)

Cooking instructions:
Step 1: Marinate the chicken or meat or vegetables with the Biryani Paste & cook.
Step 2: Wash, soak & cook Basmati rice with the whole spices.
Step 3: Layer the cooked chicken or meat or vegetables with the cooked rice.

Absolutely delicious and amazingly simple. I always think ofa biryani as bland but this was beautifully spiced. I can see why it is up for an award
We really enjoyed the flavour. But we thought the end product was a little dry. I would probably only use half the amount of rice next time, (to this amount of sauce). Also if the spices for the rice came in a little muslin sachet, they would be easier to 'fish' out before serving. Not nice chomping down on a clove. Will definitely purchase your other products again, as we love them.
Bought for my son, not tried yet. However, it couldn’t be anything but good coming from Monalisa.
This was bought for my husband as a father's day gift, he loves curry and enjoys cooking.
We cooked it together, which was really enjoyable & the meal was really delicious.
Will definitely purchase again.
