PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A rich and fragrant stoneground masala paste to make a classic Lamb Rogan Josh Curry.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Shopping List:

800g boneless lamb

2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

HOW TO COOK:

1. Place a large pan over medium heat and cook the Rogan Josh Masala paste for 2 mins.

2. Add the lamb. Stir well for 5 mins to seal.

3. Pour in 300ml hot water. Combine and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low-medium for 40 mins, stirring halfway through the cooking time.

4. Add the chopped coriander. Stir gently. Cover and simmer for a further 2 mins.
