PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A warming Bombay-style spice blend for perfectly coated, lightly crisped potatoes.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat oil in a wide pan over medium heat. Add peeled, evenly diced potatoes and the spice mix, mixing well to coat. 

2. Cook for 2 minutes to gently toast the spices.

3. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring once, until tender. 

4. Remove the lid, increase to low–medium heat and toss for 2–3 minutes until lightly crisp. Serve hot.
