PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A warming Bombay-style spice blend for perfectly coated, lightly crisped potatoes.

You will need (Serves 2–3):

500g potatoes, peeled and diced

2–3 tbsp cooking oil

1 tbsp (15g) Bombay Potato Spice Mix

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat oil in a wide pan over medium heat.
2. Add the potatoes and spice mix, mixing well to coat. 3. Cook for 2 minutes to gently toast the spices.
4. Reduce heat to low-medium, cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring once, until tender.
5. Remove lid, increase to medium heat and toss for

2–3 minutes until the potatoes are slightly browned and crisp. Serve hot.

Air Fryer Instructions:

Mix the diced potatoes with 2–3 tbsp oil and 1–2 tbsp spice mix. Air fry at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden.
