PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Long grains of basmati rice and a mixture of spices to make the Perfect Pulao.

INSTRUCTIONS
You will need: (Serves 4-5)
700ml hot water
3 tbsp. oil
1 pouch Pulao Rice Blend
HOW TO COOK
1. Transfer the entire contents of the pouch into a shallow non-stick or a shallow heavy-bottomed pan.
2. Add 3 tbsp. oil and 750ml hot water to the mixture. Combine well and set aside to soak for 30 mins.
3. Bring to a boil uncovered on medium heat.
4. Cover and continue to boil on medium heat for 2 mins.
5. Reduce heat to minimum (simmer) and continue to cook covered for 4 mins.
6. Remove from heat and leave to rest covered for another 5 mins.
7. Open and fluff using a fork.
8. Serve and enjoy!
