PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The perfect proportion of all the essential spices you will need to make a "really tasty and satisfying" meat, vegetable or seafood curry.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Shopping List:
- 800g protein of your choice (chicken, seafood, lamb, pork, paneer, or vegetables)
- 1 large onion
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp smooth cashew butter (*optional)
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
HOW TO COOK:
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for 2 mins on low heat to cook.
- Add the tomato purée and the *cashew butter. Mix well. Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 2-3 mins until the oil rises and separates.
- Add 50g of the Signature Spice, and your choice of protein. Sauté for 4-5 mins on medium heat to seal the meat with the spices.
- Pour in 250ml hot water. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low-medium heat according to the cooking guidelines below:
- Chicken: 20 mins
- Lamb/Pork: 40 mins (If using lamb/pork add an extra 100ml water.)
- Seafood: 10 mins
- Vegetables and Paneer: 7-10 mins
Stir halfway through the cooking time.
Add the yogurt and coriander. Stir gently. Cover and simmer for a further 5 mins.

- Store in a cool and dry place.
