A classic spice blend for tandoori chicken and seafood.

Usage Instructions: Mix half the pack (20g) of the blend with 60g thick yogurt, 3 tbsp oil and the juice of half a lemon to make a thick paste. Add 400g chicken or seafood and coat generously in a thick layer of paste. Leave to marinate for 30 mins (or overnight). Cook on an oiled griddle pan, on the BBQ, or on an oiled roasting tray until cooked through.
